Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Per extra hour is charged 1 / 4 of the daily fare.  

Driver Age: For all vehicle categories the minimum age is 21 and it requires 1 year of drivers licence.

Additional drivers: For each additional driver will be charged the amount of € 10 per rental.

Prices include: Insurance as described below, oil and maintenance. In case of small expenses, due to problems with the vehicle related bills are credited at the end of the rental up to € 30 without the prior permission of "7 Lombas".

Prices do not include: Fuel, other insurance, fees for parking, washes, fines and in case of accident, the cost of towing the car to the park of "7 Lombas" .

Terms of payment: A deposit is made in accordance with the estimated rent minimum cost of € 200 and the settlement account is made at the end of the lease. It will be required proof of identity, residence and employment as well as all information necessary for the usual qualifications. Alternatively recognized credit cards are accepted by "7 Lombas".

Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for compliance with all legislation in force.

Personal accident insurance - PAI: This insurance is available for passengers and driver previously asked for.

Exempt of damages by collision - CDW: The responsibility of the customer to pay for damage caused in the rented car, it will go up to the amount posted for each group of cars, as long as CDW is previously asked for.

Theft Protection - TP: The client is financially responsible for theft of the rented car by the amount of the franchise (by groups). This value can be reduced by the prior acceptance of an additional daily fee TP.

Deliveries and collections: Free in Ponta Delgada, Povoação and at the Airport from 07:00 to 19:00 hours.

Supplement airport service: All Deliveries and collections outside Ponta Delgada, Povoação or at the Airport from 19:00h to 07:00h costs 20.00€ delivery and collection and 15.00€ if only delivery or only collection.

Government Fee: All vehicles are subject to Taxes being used at the time.
